iReach Dragonfly series illuminator achieves an extreme tiny size 1.0x1.0x0.54 mm3 through the combination of iReah’s Cell Technology- the wafer-fusion type Flip-Chip VCSEL, and the panel-level chip scale package process. It can generate 500mW optical power and perform the wide angle degree 110 o x 85 o and 85% uniformity. 。
